There are four essential steps to become ISO – Certified business;
Develop management system
- Identify core business processes.
- Document processes with the involvement of employees.
- Review, approve and distribute the documents.
Implement system
- Ensure procedures are being performed.
- Ensure employees are trained.
- Effective reporting systems.
- Monitor the effectiveness of processes.
- Review and take action.
Verify system effectiveness
- Conduct the audit and reviews.
- Identify and report strength and weakness of management system.
- Take corrective or preventive action.
Register
- Submit management system documents for review.
- Review by a Certification Body.
